Broadband hub not delivered

Hi all,

 

Has anyone ordered Now Broadband recently? I ordered 3 weeks ago, it went live on Monday but the hub still hasn't arrived. According to Royal Mail it has been stuck in Romford for over a week but I haven't been able to get through to them.

 

I know with covid this isn't their fault but just wondering if other people are in the same boat or if anyone knows if I can request Now to send a hub with expedited delivery with any courier? I am obviously willing to pay I just want internet!

Can't help much sorry but give the NowTV Broadband Team a call.

 

You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments or if you can't find a telephone number there go to My Account > Broadband & Calls and keep clicking on the Moving Home section.

 

Or alternatively send them an email on customerservices AT nowtv.com (i had to use AT instead of the @ symbol because the forum software blocks posted email addresses).

 

If your previous ISP was Sky then you can use a Sky Router until your NowTV Hub Router turns up.
