Broadband drops out multiple times a day

Two or three times a day my broadband drops out, sometimes it re-connects after 5 minutes, other times it goes out for about 2 hours. On my box, the middle light flashes red whilst this happens. I am trying to navigate the website to actually talk to someone about this issue as I am not getting the full service I am paying for but I keep ending up on this community page. Can anyone help?

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Also when you report it and only when you report it you’ll no doubt be in line for compensation.
