Broadband Installation

I don’t have a BT phone line or socket, do I need one for a broadband installation?

Also, will an engineer be scheduled to come and install it once I place my order?

You do NOT contact OpenReach, everything will be handled by NOW.

No, the only thing you pay up front is the delivery charge for the router. That's what is demonstrated with the broadband offers.
