Screen on zoom

I have just started with now tv so my kids can watch Gumball. We had one day of watching it and now the screen is zoomed into one corner and you can’t watch it properly.

I can see on the forum that others are having this issue. 

how do I actually speak to now tv? There seems no option to do so?
