Roku - paying for boost but still getting sales message on tv guide

Roku Streaming Stick 4k here - I am paying for boost and def getting HD as the channels have HD beside them and I'm also getting 50 fps & multi screens etc but the 'Watch in HD with surround sound etc' boost message is still showing on the tv guide. Is this a bug? Its a bit annoying as it takes away a line of the tv guide.

What happens when you sign out and back in on the device?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@gavs82008 Yeah I've tried that and its still the same- its no big issue just a bit annoying

Very weird, outside of deleting and reinstalling the app and making sure the stick is fully updated I am stumped! Best to report to staff and hopefully they can sort it out.
