I can’t seem to get any tv programs to load on my smart tv app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and there are no issues with the internet connection.
Can anyone help?

Have you tried unplugging the power to the television and Router for say 2 minutes ?
Then restart the Router first (give it about 5 minutes) then switch the power on again on your television.
