I have a Samsung smart tv and the Now TV app was working well up till a week ago where I now get the message "Well, that didn't go to plan...Now isn't loading. Please try again in a bit". I have tried a number of times including rebooting the router, but it will not load. Is this a software issue on my tv or a problem at Now's end?
