Now will always load on my computer but on tv will only load afternnoons. Never evenings.

Only take sports and cannot watch on tv in evenings.

Who is your ISP? What speeds are you promised, on what service, and what speeds do you actually get? Measured in the afternoon, and measured in the evening?

What is the make and model of your TV, and how are you getting Now on it, native app, or via a stick/box? If so, which?

What happens when you try to start Now on the TV?

Is Now the only app that won’t load in the evenings, or are there others as well?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

@RoyB Many thanks for your info. The problem has been solved by techie friend who told me to stop concentrating on the tv and then when he concentrated on the wifi  sorted my problem leaving me with the words "it's never the tv set; it's always the wifi !"
