I have received a trial from NowTV (not Talktalk) but I'm unable to login to NowTV site on PC or tablet. I get the below when going to sign in page, before any user name etc.
"UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SIGN IN, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER"
This is only when on TALKTALK connection. If I use 3g/4g or 'VPN on TalkTalk wifi' it works ok! I also get similar message on the NowTV app on my TT Youview box.
I tried a chat with both companies today but got nowhere...just the usual clear cookies, restart etc.. even though I said it happens on Youview as well.
As I see it its either Talktalk routing incorrectly or NowTV restricting Talktalk source..not sure how I can get the two companies to solve this.
