I have movie and entertainment passes - I watch on laptop sometimes - on Apple TV other times.
NowTV is refusing to play on Apple TV - 'you have reached maximum device limit on account'
How can that be - I watch on one or the other?
Not impressed.

Does the message say you have reached your maximum simultaneous streams of two or the maximum number of devices of four on your account ?
If it's the latter of maximum devices on account, jump over to live chat and they should be able to assist you further.
