Intermittent sound

I've had this problem for long enough now. Three Ruko boxes and upgraded to fibre and yet I'm still having problems with the sound.
I'm sick fed up with this. I pay good money for a crappy service. WHEN AND HOW ARE YOU GONNA SORT THIS?
If it's not sorted soon then your gonna loss a customer

Oh I've tweeted @nowtv and @nowtvhelp so I hope to get some sort of answer to this problem it's driving me up the bloody wall............

I used to get this on my Roku Express.

Swapped back to the original short  HDMI cable that came in the box and the problem went away.

Box didn't come with HDMI cable. I've purchased two separate cables and I can say it's not that. It's disgraceful the so called help from NowTV.

Appart from the Sticks ( the purple one and the 4K one) all Rokus should have come with a HDMI cable, or in the case of some Roku models (roku 1 and Roku2??) possibly AV (red/white/yellow) cables as well, or instead
