Hello -
I am looking to purchase both Now TV with their Entertainment pass and their Now TV broadband.
But I can't find any information around whether HD is supported or not?
I'll be watching Now TV via my Apple TV or I may buy the Now TV box.
Thanks,
Adam

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your interest in NOW TV BOOST, some of our new features and functionality which includes streaming in 1080p. We recently made it available to a select group of our customers with NOW TV devices to make sure we were ready for a full launch. We don’t think it’s quite ready yet, so we’re going to turn it off to make some further improvements.
If you have been charged, we will be refunding you and you should receive the money back into your bank account within 5 days. We will be in touch as soon as BOOST is ready to go live across a range of devices later this year. Thank you for your support for NOW TV.
Thanks
NOW TV Team

I basically run constant £10 for 2 Months Entertainment Vouchers on my account for my entertainment viewing pleasure, so £5 a month and now a £3 add-on....... £8 a month for Full HD is not bad, but I always like a saving, so I'll just need to hunt round the supermarkets for those offers on 2 month vouchers!!!!!!!!
Don't wish to dampen the mood but another thread has been started https://community.nowtv.com/t5/NOW-TV-Stick/Technical-faults-Anyone-else-having-trouble-buying-passe... which reports access to the My Passes page has been playing up for the past 3 days. Could we be putting 2+2 together and getting 5?

Hmmm that I didn’t notice, although with what has already been found by @jetbootjack i am going to remain positive and hope that they are attempting to roll it out, hence why a lot of the time you can’t access the Passes & Vouchers page.
Either way I’m on a year deal for Movies and Entertainment thanks to Black Friday, so to get full 1080p added for £3 a month I’ll take it!
@gavs82008I'm with you on keeping a positive outlook this afternoon 😀
Haven't been this excited since the football season ended, what does that not say about my life 🤣
More importantly let's HOPE for 50fps to make the sport acceptable to all. Football at 1080p/25fps just isn't going to cut it I'm afraid 😔
I've just managed to get onto my Passes page and took out a 7 day trial of Entertainment. I have not been offered a HD Boost!
What I have managed to do however is get the Pass for £3.20 a month for 3 months as I immediately cancelled the trial. Result!!!! 😀
Below is a screenshot of the Now TV Boost provided by @jetbootjack Seems to only be full HD and surround sound.
I was kind of hoping for 2 additional streams totaling 4 streams at once. Perhaps this might be added at a later stage.
@Anonymous User wrote:@Thom77£3 a month for Full HD would be a sweet deal and absolutely worth considering. Fingers crossed this appears soon.

I'm assuming this £3 Full HD Boost covers all the Pass types you might have.... if you have Entertainment, Cinema and Sport Passes, it Boosts all of them????
....... now, as an aside, will be get a £3 Boost option for 50fps????????????
From what I remember in a survey last year the “add on” for 1080p and surround sound was costing £5 and it would cover all passes.
So the fact it is potentially £3 instead is a damn good deal!
Although I remember the survey suggested catch up would finally come to the sports pass. Which is one of the huge let downs on Now TV for sports.
Can you confirm this statement from @jetbootjack to get 1080p on Now TV passes?
I'm getting 1080P on my NowTV stick - I was offered a Now TV Boost when I renewed my pass, which says it is full HD

Whoever told you it’s not launching is correct, it’s not being launched yet. Now TV/Sky are keeping the launch date to themselves.

Found this extremely interesting post on Facebook through Now TV. Sounds like BT Sport will be added before the season ticket offer expires?!
Also seems to mention that Red Button could finally come to Now TV. Thoughts?
Well that gives them 10 months to get BT Sport onto NowTV. A bit of a vague answer that's for sure. As for Red Button, they were saying the same thing last season also. Like everything else it's a waiting game to see what does (or doesn't) happen next.

That is exactly what I thought, it better not be their way of already changing it from end of 2019 to early 2020!
Considering this was meant to be in place near the start of the year and now middle of the year is a bit of a joke.
Several times I have considered cancelling my passes but have decided against it as all the changes we were effectively promised. What is worse is that we are no doubt close to getting them but with no date is just very annoying.
I think the joke is beginning to wear a bit thin. Maybe it's time certain companies, and I include BT, their new partner in crime, stopped making these announcements and only make us aware of the details of proposed changes once they are ready to be rolled out. Surely that would be much better than imaginery deadlines and false hope.
I know it's possibly only supposition but the word among those usually with an insight into what goes on behind the scenes is that the NowTV product to be rolled out onto BTTV is proving troublesome to implement with others saying Sky attempted to pass off a sub standard product onto BT. Goodness knows what the truth is but it's fairly obvious looking on this forum and others there are a lot of people growing very frustrated with delay after delay in both camps.
