Device limit reached

Hi, purchased NowTV a few weeks ago and received a prompt last night whilst trying to watch a film that I had reached device limit. We've logged into Now tv on iPad, Apple TV and a you view box however none of these are now working. I feel a bit bummed that I'm paying out and can't sit and enjoy a film where I want to watch it! Is there anyway this can be reset?

You'll find a blue box with Contact Us at bottom left

 

That'll take you to LIVE CHAT where a staff member should help

 

As a general note you can only use 2 devices at same time
