Can't cast

To TV sony kdl43wg663

The inbuilt cast works with Youtube, amazon prime etc. When I pull up a TV show on the Now app, the cast button is grey.

What are my options? Thanks

Try doing a reset to the TV by holding the standby button for a few seconds until you can select reset. 
Then unplug the router for a few minutes.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Inbuilt Chromecast is not supported by NOW, you will need a separate device.
