Did you apply the scratch card with the 2 month voucher code that came with your box to your account by going to the Now TV website with your internet browser and selecting My Account > My Passes ?
Is the green apply voucher button still next to your pass, if so try applying the code again on your account.
What information is shown on screen under My Account > My Passes ?
Does it mentions your are on an offer, what information is shown when you click on the drop down arrow below your pass ?
