So I bought myself a shiny new Samsung galaxy fold 4 and was looking forward to watching a Premier League match on the Sky Sports mobile pass. I'm getting an error message stating that I need to purchase a full month pass. The fold 4 is a mobile phone so I'm wondering why this error is appearing?

It seems currently these fancy foldable phones are not supported on a NOW Mobile Sports Membership.

I am assuming you tried it on Sky Sports Premier League channel and not Main Event?
I think somebody on the forum found a work around.
Perhaps try typing foldable phone or Samsung Z4 in the Community search box for any relevant results.

Seems to be cookies tracked through the app so I uninstalled and reinstalled and then started watching on the front screen of the phone. Opened the phone and hey presto it worked. Thanks very much for your help. 😊
