Initially I was paying £5.99 for an Entertainment Month Pass. When my order was accepted (in October 2020) I received the following assurance:

My subscription was raised to £9.99 per month which I was paying until April 2023 when apparently my payment was not accepted. Having checked my account I find that NOW had the correct payment card details.
I need to know (a) why my account has been dormant since April and (b) why I received no notification from NOW regarding my payments not being accepted.
It would also be interesting to know why my payments had been increased after I had received the above statement.
