Unable to log in at this tims

I have had to reset my password three times. I can sign in no problem online but it sign me in on my Apple TV box. How do I fix it ? I have turned it off and on twice now

Hi Avernon91, reading your query, am I right that your problem is logging into Apple TV (as opposed to Roku - this is Roku section)

If it's the Apple TV, I don't know much about that myself however the suggestions in this previous post may help:
