Unable to load content

I have now tv through my Apple TV box and stream sky sports through it. I can watch it for about 5-10 mins then it says" unable to load content" and I have to come out of the app and load it back on. This happens everytime. Can you shed some light?

There is currently an known issue with this, please see the service updates here fore more information as and when we have a fix.

 

If you have bought a pass for a specific match and can't watch and you bought that pass from us rather than Apple do let us know.
