My now TV two months voucher code isn't working!!

Can someone help me out my two months voucher code that I got from Game isn't working because it says code invalid and it is very annoying because it I went in to Game and got another code and that one also says the same thing. Someone please help me!

One assumes you've used My Account and logged in with correct details.

If so you'll need to go to Live Chat

Welcome to the forum.

To apply your code to your account go to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes and click the Apply a voucher link in the Sky Movies Pass section (I'm assuming it's a movies pass you have).

I BOUGHT A PlayStation 4 at Christmas and it gave me a 3 month free pass but I have been charged 9.99 and 6.99. Who do I get the money refunded from?
