One assumes you've used My Account and logged in with correct details.
If so you'll need to go to Live Chat
http://help.nowtv.com/article/Code-not-valid and click Contact Us - blue box bottom left

Welcome to the forum.
To apply your code to your account go to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes and click the Apply a voucher link in the Sky Movies Pass section (I'm assuming it's a movies pass you have).

I BOUGHT A PlayStation 4 at Christmas and it gave me a 3 month free pass but I have been charged 9.99 and 6.99. Who do I get the money refunded from?
