I am getting the sign out of other devices notiifcation but I am not signed in anywhere else. I have tried signong out of all devices but it hasn't worked

Did you swap from one device to another without properly closing the stream on the first device?
That will cause this issue for a single solitary user.
It will clear in its own good time - about 20 minutes - so it should have cleared now.
Signing out of all devices will not make this happen any quicker, however,
But if it is still present from the original 20:54 report ( and it’s not the case that it has come back because you did it again), please post again for more advice.

Since you tagged in Mac, assuming browser? Which means that each browser session counts as a new device, as stupid as that might be. You still need to do a clean exit of the stream.
That said if the browser crashes etc then that is obviously out of your control.
