Next Episode won't play from popup box

Until a few weeks ago, I could happily at credits push play on the pop up box on Now TV to get the next episode playing.. Not now.  Now an error comes up every single time, you have to go back to the  full menu window and kick off the next episode to the Now player from there.  Really freaking annoying.  Please fix this.. it's on Windows 365 app on PC.

My understanding is that the Now TV app for windows is being decommissioned and you should only be using the Now Tv player.

 

Best to download the Now Tv player via the website.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the Now TV player from the Windows App store and it's shocking.  Just spent the most painful time trying to watch the latest Riviera season - sound cuts out, lip synching constantly dropping out of sequence, constantly having to log back in after an episode.  Absolute ###### shocker.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling... all abysmal.
