NOW is currently unavailable

I'm getting the 'NOW is currently unavailable' message after newly signing up tonight. Im trying to watch on my MAC as its my only device. Ive sewarched through previous community chats but cant find anything useful. Any tips please?

Assuming you have cleared the browser cookies and data, as well as trying a new browser and rebooting your router. 

Speak with staff via live chat and report the issue. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
