Good Morning, with the Java vulnerability Log4J upon us - are Now Broadband Hubs exploitable to this vulnerability? If so, has a patch been issued and applied?
Many thanks
I trust I have the right board to post this question and a search on Log4J did not bring back any results

Sounds like a very techy question, as this is a customer to customer forum it is best to give the broadband team a call to find out.

How to submit your complaint:
Give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW advisor.
@gavs82008Thanks for your reply - have phoned technical support and whilst there appears to be some familiarity with CVE-2021-44228, I am not sure if that means Now Hubs are vulnerable and a patch is being issued or if they are not?
Fingers crossed I get a better response from Now TV, only the InfoSec community are suggesting home routers may well be compromised with this exploit - so I trust a question that reassures a lot of Now TV customers that their router is not a liability!
