Won't download and install latest update to my iMac

Hi - hope someone can help.

 

Now Tv says there is an update to install - I click install and it downloads the full 100% and then just does nothing and I then can't watch as just in some endless loop.

 

Anyone know how to get round this?

Try deleting the existing player see if that helps?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the exact same issue with every recent update! It is supremely annoying - now even when I re-download the whole app it doesn't work again. Gets too 100% and stops. Any other ideas appreciated?
