Error message

First time using Now tv on Mac but can't stream as it is coming up with an error message that says "We have detected screen recording software, please close any programs with screen capture functionality and try again"

I have closed all windows or apps that were open on my device but it still is not working?

Has anyone got any advise on hoe to go about this pls?

Hi @Owusu 

There could be a number of things in the background causing this message.

If you type something like "screen recording" in the Community search box you will find a number of threads with suggestions and what may flag up this message for example snipping tool is a common one with Windows.
