Error VSF:OVP_00001 when I have perfect internet

The only reason I paid for this overpriced, garbage service (missing content, can't watch all courts, no catch up, no pause, no rewind) was to watch the us open.

Now it's the semifinals and I get this error and there is no information on how to fix it.

 

Please if anyone can help.

What browser?

Have you tired another one?

Have you deleted cookies and data?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I used my usual browser that I watched the other matches on (Edge), and also tried Chrome since this error.

Chrome doesn't show the error, but also doesn't work.

Try deleting cookies and data on both browsers.

If it’s still not working you should really report with staff as this is a customer to customer forum and staff seldom post on it. 

What you need is live chat which is accessed by clicking the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down when signed in.
