@jennifer123 Is saying she can’t watch on her Mac, but she can on her iPad.
We have seen this ‘browser not supported’ error reported a couple of times recently, on Windows, IIRC.
l’ve just started Now on my iMac, on Safari, which I presume @jennifer123 may also be using, and encountered no trouble.
So I think the error is tied up with the user’s configuration, but which is making Now report an incorrect error message.
As ever, clear cookies, clear the browser cache, and try again.
I’m seeing reports that this issue is confined to Sports, which I don’t have. Can you try a programme from any other Membership you might have, and see if that is affected also, or not?
