Upon opening the NOW TV app on my laptop it prompted for an update. I updated the app and since then the app doesn't work, every time I try to open it within a few seconds the app just closes by itself. Please help, It has been going on for a few weeks now, and I cant seem to resolve the issue, I've tried all the basic troubleshooting.

If your still having issues, you are best to report it to staff using one of the methods from my signature below.
As you noticed staff from NOW will seldom post on the forum as it is mainly used for customers to customers chat.
