My NowTV Player has stopped working on Windows today .. it starts, gets to spiinning circle, then crashes. in the directory C:\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\CrashDumps it produces a dump file but they are binary and no information on what is causing it. I let windows do it's updates today so feel maybe that is related. have chatted to support and tried deleting cache and reinstalling etc but to no avail. any ideas anyone? thx
