Constant drop in quality on Now TV

I'm on the free trail for Now TV and getting constant drops in quality ranging from great to unwatchable. I have boost included in the trail which is suppose to give the best quality and a wired connection to my superfast broadband. Are there currently technical issues or is this the norm for NowTV? I won't be paying for this if it is.

Boost isn’t supported for Windows/Mac I’m afraid. 
The only benefit you’ll get with boost is no adverts and a 3rd stream.

Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

If I’m being honest I’ve never used my laptop to watch NOW so I can’t comment. 

That being said on my Sony Bravia Android TV and Amazon fire stick I’ve never had any picture quality issues. 

All I can suggest is report the issue with staff in one of my methods from my signature below.

Though why in 2022 they won't support Mobile Phones and PCs for Boost when everybody else does for streaming is beyond me to be honest.
