Apps

I have my Now TV box connected to my tv and all is great. Ive downloaded my account to my laptop and all is on there except the link to the apps? so im unable to watch any apps like netflix on my laptop. Please help, not sure if im not going to the right place to find it 🙈

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

The NowTV box & stick comes preloaded with third party Apps such has BBC iPlayer, Netflix (not included on the older white NowTV box).

 

Where using your laptop with your internet browser you only get the NowTV website together with the NowTV Player software.

 

If you want to watch Netflix or sites such has BBC iPlayer on your laptop then you will have to redirect your browser to those dedicated websites that are not part of the NowTV website service.
