No sky news on mobile app

When I watch live tv on now app on iPhone sky news just comes up with something went wrong. I have a works phone which is android and it works fine. I normally tether my ipad but that’s the same. Is there a problem with the app on iOS. I’ve used it for ages without a Problem until now

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app on the iPhone? 

Make sure your private relay is switched off.

Thanks but yes I’ve deleted I’ve reinstalled I’ve tried Everything even the personal relay.
