My Samsung smart TV
"NOW" TV app is constantly stuck on Consent to cookies page and will not let you progress beyond it.
Have tried turning off and on the TV and the Internet router
Have also tried resetting the TV and deleted the app and reinstalled it
But all Have not worked
So am unable to access an app that I'm paying for

I've reported it on live chat who have still not received any answers
