My wifi keeps dropping out despite having the green lights on the box

Just wondering is the wifi drop out happening on all your devices or only certain devices such has mobile phones etc ?
I use a NowTV Hub 2 Router and the majority of my wifi connected devices work fine, appart from wifi drop outs which happens three or four times an hour on all my Google Chromecast dongles when listening to Spotify (don't use Chromecast for watching NowTV) and when using the internet on my Android Phone.
Going into the NowTV Hub Router web page settings and under the Advanced tab by disabling the IPV6 option seemed to work for me on these particular devices.

Before getting the NowTV Hub Router replaced by NowTV, maybe try a factory reset on the Router by holding in the reset button on the Router for about 15 secs.
If you have already done the above, maybe try renaming both the 2.4ghz & 5ghz wifi bands on the Router and then try your devices on both bands.

Your Hub Two is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz). Splitting these bands to create 2 different Wi-Fi networks can help to improve the speed to your devices.
