Switching call package, I can’t find anywhere to change my phone package, anyone any ideas 💡

You can't do it from your NOW online account and have to phone the NOW Broadband Team.

Go to My Account > Manage Account and under Broadband & Calls section there should be a telephone number to call to change your phone package.
