Unable to apply voucher - couldn't take payment

I am trying to apply two vouchers to my existing subscription but an error is being returned about not being able to take my last payment, possibly because my payment details have expired.

 

My payment details *are* valid and my last subscription payment *was* taken.

 

I have re-entered my billing address but the problem remains. I have also tried re-entering my payment details, however I'm being told that each of the *four* cards I've attempted to use are invalid.

 

They are all valid.

 

How can I apply these vouchers? Is there some sort of issue with the payment gateway at the moment?
