Auto comp

Complained a no show on original date of 13th july.no call email tx or card.nothing took day off work.couldnt work from home as internet wasnt on until installed.

2nd attempt could not get up pole due to a seagull-so says.

Tgen installed on 23rd.

Had to chase this up several times and no internet at home all those days.

Per T&C of now tv.

Fee for missed appoinment plus fee for no internet amounts to over 90 pounds.

They offred a flat 60 and I said yes before had real clise look at this.

Now im unhappy that feeling being conned.

So have requested breakdown and said want FULL amount.nit the 60pounds.regardless if i said yes..because wherd this amoynt cime from.?

Breaking OWN terms and conditiins and im only JUST JOINED up. Plus having to wait 3to 5days.rubbish.chaps payment should and could be made.will be making this very public if do nit honour their own contract.as new unhappy customer, thinkung very welk may return to virgin.no problems 2years with them.
