Hello, I received an email about the £1 offer for 2 months for the Entertainment subscription. I was a previous customer, so I do have a login, but I am no longer a subscriber to the subscriptions. When I went to make payment I am unable to click "Pay Now." I've tried both credit card and PayPal options, ensuring all fields are correct and terms are accepted but the payment button does not light up or allow me to click.
Is this offer not available to previous subscribers? Why have I received the email if that's the case?
