I had same problem and I emailed them, they said because you are already on an offer, you wont be getting that one. I told them it was misleading and they asked for a screenshot of the offer, only to tell me I wasn't getting the offer. So I have now cancelled my passes and I will never be using now tv again.

Special offer is not working .is it cancelled and we are not told
I still get the same offer and I keep getting the embarrassing message. Not sure Now TV are that embarrassed. More shameless.
