Promo for 5 months free mobile with sky sports day pass

Hi there, i tried to use an offer where if you bought a sky sports day pass you received a 5 months free sports mobile pass. The offer was showing for either new customers or those without an active pass. I do not have an active pass yet when i logged in and bought a day pass it did not show the offer on my membership page. Please can this be honoured?
