There is another tread on here and it looks like quite a few others got this out of date offer. To not reply with sorry that was a mistake we’re sorry is more disgusting. To my knowledge nothing has been said about it. As far as I’m concerned they need to honour that offer not ignore what they’ve done.
Yes, I've had plenty of mistaken emails sent me by various organisations but never not had at least an apology email shortly afterwards - would have saved me a debate with daughter about whether to do it and which screens to use it on!
