OK then, if you are setting up with the same account details as your existing account, which I hope you are, then the Cinema pass should start right away, but the Entertainment pass will go and live at the top of Passes & Vouchers, ready to be brought down and activated when there is less than a month to run on your existing Entertainment pass.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
