I cancelled a pass for cinema as I was going to add another on and I was offered 3 month completely free. This was on the 4th of may or something around there and I've just gone to look at it and it says that it'll be £4.80 per month. I see there's a fair amount of people that have had this happen over the last few months but they have at least been able to get in contact with someone, whereas at the minute there's no one around.
Just hoping that this will get the right attention as it's quite misleading and I would have expected the offer to be accurate.
