I'm trying to add a new Sky Sports Week Pass, however nothing seems to be happening - the page just refreshes. I've tried it on my phone as well as a laptop.
My current pass runs out in an hour, so I do have an active one, but I assume that shouldn't stop anything.
Anybody have any ideas?
If you have an existing active one day or one week sports pass on your account, then you won't be able to add the new one week sports pass voucher until the current sports pass finishes.
Once your existing sports pass expires, you should be able to apply straight away the new one week sports pass voucher code.
After your existing one week sports pass finishes, you should see a green apply voucher button next to the one week sports pass when you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here.
