Nestle Cinema pass - Hmmm, we don't recognise that voucher.

I have 'won' a cinema pass, I have reactivated my account so as to use it, however on entering the code it says 'Hmmm, we don't recognise that voucher.'

I still have the congratulations page up, plus a pdf of the page, plus an email confirming Ive elected for the pass. Ive typed it, Ive cut & pasted it, Ive done it in upper & lower case.

Ive been waiting since 08:20 for live chat, where is the advisor having to travel from? 

I also won a sports pass which it has accepted

 

So whats the problem.

I also have a movie one that isn't working from the nestle promotion and a 2mth movie voucher which was bought with a TV that it doesn't recognize!

If you have done a voucher for that address it refuses to do another, we even if it was on a different account

Hmmm, it looks like that voucher isn't valid yet. Check the start date and try again later.

Could someone let me know whats thats all about.

as they dont expire till 15th april 19.
