Help with pass

Hi I was wondering if someone could help, I have purchased a pass through cd keys when entering the code it states this offer has now ended. I have contacted cd keys who state I need to take this up with now tv. I am unsure if this is correct as I makes the purchase through them. I am now out of pocket and without a pass 😞 

any help would be appreciated

Hi @Anonymous User 

On the stick go My Apps, then click the NowTV App, then find the section on the NowTV App that says My Account.

Once you are in the My Account screen page on your stick there should be an option to apply a voucher code.

I doubt it would work and might give you the same error message but no harm in trying.

I did mention this on one of my previous post and assumed you tried this method already.

Edit - i can see you managed to find it whilst posting my reply on here.

I’ve found the section on the stick and the same thing still voucher expired when inputting
