Can't add voucher due to offer

Tried adding a now tv cinema pass but it says 'You're already on an offer. You'll need to wait until you're in the last 30 days of this offer before you can apply another voucher' but I'm not on an offer. Any help will be great,  thank you in advance...

Now TV and Sky cinema pass

I currently have one of the NOWtv sticks that goes in to the HDMI on my tv, so  I can watch catchup etc; which suits us. If I take subscribe to the Sky cinema pass, can I still use the catchup etc service as before?
