F1 2022 season voucher

Love F1 and hoping to hear soon that NOW TV will offer a 2022 season voucher for all of the races which they did prior to covid.

They’ve said on Twitter the offer is only for returning Sky Sports customers so that might be why you’ve not got it.

I have no idea then. The way they give offers to customers just seems completely random at times. Best you can probably hope for is another £25 for 3 months offer to come up.

To be honest I'll just give NOWTV a miss of that's the case to be honest, really dislike the way they go about offers and alike. Time to vote with my feet I think.

And that is always the best option if you are not happy with what they offer.

They've told me emails are been sent out upto the 18th and to look out for it. If it doesn't arrive contact them and they will look at what they can offer.

I think the Now forum is the perfect place to discuss it. This way it allows those not getting a fair deal from Now to explore other options which they may not have been aware of.

I understand you don’t agree with it and it may be morally wrong but it’s perfectly legal. The use of VPNs in the UK & US is legal and the F1 TV Pro subscription is valid. Plenty have been using it legitimately for the last year.

Fair enough, I certainly can't be bothered to set up different payment methods and subscribe to a VPN for the sake of a few quid.

The use of VPNs are most certainly is legal and used by many including myself. Which I started using for Netflix only, over the last year or so I have HBO Max Spain and Paramount+ with Sweden. 

Think the point more is aiding other customers with the alternative that would push them away from NOW. Whereas it would be up to them to do a google search if they decided to shop for alternatives.

Fair enough but I can’t find anything in the terms and conditions that prevent discussion around alternate viewing options. I just think everyone is entitled to know what options they have outside of Now.

It’s also the case that this wouldn’t even be a discussion if Now had a set pricing plan without customer specific offers like every other streaming service.

It’s a real shame if not everyone has the opportunity to take up this offer. I’ve had the F1 season pass and bought numerous days or months of Sky Sports before.

I’m also not particularly impressed with the increase of the day rate from £10 to £12, which is really £17 if you have the temerity to want to watch it in HD (which should be standard).

The increase in the day pass cost from £10 to £12 makes the £18.99 per month cost look like a better deal of course.

I'm not sure why some are bemoaning the lack of an e-mail with the offer so far when it's been posted above that e-mails are being sent out until the 18th. That said, I'm pleased I got mine yesterday as I've been able to watch the Bahrain testing today as a result.

I haven't got an email so I have just messaged them and have been told...

"Its great to know that you are interested in watching F1 however, the offer which you are referring to is the account specific offer and is been sent by system to random customers.

So only the customers who have received the offer email for the deal will be able to take up the offer on their account."

I can't understand how NOW TV actually work and expect to keep customers....

Someone shared a link on HotUKDeals to a version of the email, it doesn't work anymore but it appears a number of people were able to take advantage of it. If anyone has signed up already or not planning too and would be prepared to share the link would be good to see if it works
