Set up my NowTV stick and followed the instructions which allowed me to 'claim' my two free passes. However I never activated them because I don't want to use them yet but they seem to have vanished, if I select to start movies it wants me to pay.
Any ideas on a fix, can I factory reset the stick somehow and try going through the setup from scratch?
